For a motivated employee, the sky is the limit and the opportunities are endless at IBM. You can work from anywhere in the world, and IBM provides excellent work-from-home opportunities.
The only downside is the size of the organization. In other words, you'll be a small fish in an ocean! However, there are plenty of opportunities to make your way up the corporate ladder.
Management can do better planning.
Even initial or incomplete plans should be conveyed to employees at all levels. This will avoid employee resentment since they will be prepared for what's coming.
