- English Test: This test is very easy to clear.
- Technical Video Call: This round includes coding and core concepts.

Pros: - Working alongside really talented people daily.
- Flexible work-life balance.
- Decent salary.
Cons: IBM doesn't value its talented people. Lay-offs/redundancies are constantly happening. There's a chatbot for everything HR-related; you can never speak to an actual person. There's no chance of professional growth. It lives off its old reputation as an industry leader, and it's certainly not the leader in AI that it claims to be.
