The hiring process was divided into 3 steps:
The first step was an online aptitude exam. It was based on aptitude MCQs. I would say the difficulty was 6 out of 10. However, shortlisting depends on percentile, not on percentage.
The aptitude round was followed by an English online exam. It was relatively harder than the aptitude exam, and many people were shortlisted in this round (more than I expected).
The final round was the F2F (face-to-face) interview. It was mostly based on C/C++ questions (which I would say were pretty easy) along with some questions from real-world scenarios and hypothetical situations. Remember to go through your past projects thoroughly, as they will focus on those.
There was a flood in Kedarnath.
They asked me, "What steps would I have taken to find out the number of missing people during the flood?"
