Great Colleagues, Bad Manager

Pros: Good culture, huge human database of knowledge, and excellent colleagues.
Focus on results more than just warming the seat to show your face.
Cons: Depends a lot on the managers. If you have a good manager, excellent, but if you have a bad one, it could be a problem. In my case, I asked for a change because my manager wasn't the best, and finally my petition wasn't taken. This finally ended with me leaving the company.

Cons: After the two-year mark, it is hard to find additional opportunities within IBM.
