The interview process consisted of a single phone interview between receiving the invitation to apply and being hired. I spoke with the hiring manager and an engineer on the team.
Additionally, I had to complete IBM's online standardized test, which involved solving a series of logic or algebra problems with a two-minute time limit per question.
