They emailed me back after 4 weeks saying I was moving on to the next stage, but then the position was filled.

Pros: Interesting work. It gives you a chance to explore new avenues in the engineering field. I thought it was an outstanding place to work, with good surroundings.
Cons: Whenever a company denies the appropriate moving to a new position and also a new idea that would benefit the company, it depresses innovation. Black individuals still have a hard time moving up.
