Cons: Very dry and impersonal environment.
Highly unstable and changes every quarter, with high employee turnover.
No work-life balance.
Managers, leads, or people who know how to "butt lick" get to work remotely all the time, but regular employees are laid off when they work from home.
Lots of red tape and blame game if something screws up.
