Process
For me, at least, the process involved:
- An initial recruiter conversation over the phone.
- A remote coding interview.
- An in-person interview via Zoom with what I assume was either the same recruiter or another recruiter. This individual, however, did not seem to know what the actual workload entailed.
Questions
All of the interview questions revolved around whether or not I had X years of experience in Y technology, algorithm utilization, and why I left my previous employ.
