I'm not sure if everyone who submits a resume online will receive the chance to do a video interview. However, I have applied twice now and had a video interview both times for various software engineer roles.

The questions were hard, only because I applied without knowing anything about machine learning. For the cognitive software engineer role, the video interview's questions will focus on this topic.
