Good work/life balance – work from home as much as you need, just get the job done.
Structured, professional management style.
Cons: Company future outlook is bleak - constantly finding new ways to pare down our benefits.
It does not pay to obtain certifications/education or to go to conferences.
Upper management cuts jobs and expects deadlines to remain unchanged.
