Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - Markham, Canada

Process

The Markham facility is really unprofessional. I never thought a semi-reputable company like IBM would have such poor hiring managers and procedures.

My process was:

  • A fairly unprofessional email (with spelling mistakes and lots of shorthand)
  • One call (barely anything technical)
  • An offer

I had already heard that the company was not great to have an internship at, but it even shows in the hiring process. This was for a front-end developer position.
