Pros: The company provides a table fan when the AC does not work.
They call every day to wake you up in the early morning, including weekends.
They do not allow you to log off even after 10 pm because your colleague is on leave.
If you take sick leave, they will force you to work at least a few hours.
There is a daily meeting with no proper agenda; only laptop issues and charger issues will be asked.
Cons: Too many micromanaged projects. One may feel frustration.
Very little or no yearly growth.
All 12 hours, they will keep you busy even if work is not there.
Their way of talking and behaving is worst, like a servant.
In meetings, shouting and quarrels are very common.
