Pros: Great company, great people (overall - there will be some exceptions :-)).
Great portfolio of technologies and capabilities.
Great benefits and career development opportunities.
Cons: Total compensation packages are not at par with the industry for many roles. The upper management seems to benefit disproportionately, with an unfair share of downstream or trickle-down financial rewards, even in some of the most lucrative groups.
