Pros: Great atmosphere, helpful co-workers and mentors, interesting assignments with a wide spectrum of different tasks and expectations (never gets boring), and flexible hours.
Cons: Location. Poughkeepsie isn't exactly young-people friendly. Some of the buildings on campus are very old and easy to get lost in due to the lack of windows.

Pros: IBM has vast knowledge of the ocean; there are great learning and career opportunities within the company if you are willing to learn and take initiatives. Your co-workers will always be willing to help you in a friendly manner. Overall, a great company to work for!
Cons: As such, I didn't have any negative experiences at IBM.
