SWE
Only live interviews (2021) were part of an assessment centre, which included group and individual activities. The interviewers were very easy to get along with, and the process was smooth with very prompt feedback.
Software Developer
The interview process included: * Application form (IBM standard) * IPAT test: number series & algebra * CV review in detail * On-site assessment centre (interviewed at IBM Hursley): 2 group exercises, 1 presentation & interview
Intern - Software Engineer
Assessment centre style: discuss amongst people a way to solve the problem given. Lastly, two small interviews with a presentation on a technology you love. Same as other places, quite easy if you're a good speaker.
