IBM - a decent place to work
I enjoy the people I work with. The compensation and benefits are above average in the field. Most managers will allow you to work from home at least one day a week.
Management incompetence is rampant. It will not make a major impact in a non-senior role. Morale can be low for people who have worked at smaller companies that have been absorbed by acquisition. There are too many pointless meetings.
Think out of the box.
