Medical benefits could be better. Salaries barely keep up with inflation. Bonuses are basically non-existent. Always afraid, waiting for the next round of layoffs.
IBM comes across as a shrinking company which isn't on top of any of the key markets it pursues. Need to regain IBM's reputation.
