Pros

If you don't have a job.

Cons

Benefits are costly – family health and dental coverage costs $10K/year, with potential out-of-pocket expenses up to $24K/year.

Raises are non-existent for most people due to company-wide delays.

Bonuses are halved every year.

The entire 401k match is at risk each year if you do not stay until December 15th.

Eighty percent of IBM employees are new in the past five years. IBM will not disclose the number of full-time USA workers.

Advice to Management

I would not recommend the place.
