It's contract-based, so you'll have to go through the anxiety about your future in the company at the end of your contract.

I applied online. The process took 7 days. I interviewed at IBM. They have an online coding challenge with behavioral video submissions in the beginning, and video submissions where you talk about how you implemented your code.
