IBM Interview Experiences
Application Architect
It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
Application Architect
Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.
Software Developer
The interview process is very smooth. An online assessment will be provided. Most questions are logical. If you pass, HR will interview you and set a call with the hiring manager. In my experience, there were only two interviews.
