A complicated company
The payment is good, at least for who is starting a career. Also, the company provides nice study material alongside a cool badge program.
Honestly, I feel somewhat abandoned and not part of IBM at all. Also, there is a lot of bureaucracy, and this really pisses me off.
I refuse to indicate someone I like to work here, since it is likely the person ends up in a dysfunctional team or working for clients and not IBM at all.
