I like working here for the technical opportunities.
But the opportunities to grow with no techniques grow more with career plans.
Permitir acceso a planes carrera con mayor facilidad y valorar nuestro conocimiento; los salarios son muy bajos. Cambié desde el proveedor aquí por no dejar tirado un proyecto y me disminuí el salario. Es imposible que después de 2 años en IBM me esté ganando lo mismo que ganaba en mi anterior trabajo; es una injusticia.
