Very professional environment and a safe place to work. Very good opportunity to enhance technical skills.
No cons from my experience.
After applying, I received a call from HR to complete a coding assessment test. It consisted of 20 Java conceptual questions, which were above average and not easy, along with one coding question, typically from HackerRank.
It's quite easy. Consists of an online test, an English test, a GD, a technical round, and an HR round. Please go through number series, as most aptitude questions are based on that. Please go through recent topics for your Group Discussion.
These people are just wasting candidates' time in the name of hiring. All those who are giving negative reviews about the IBM hiring process are right. Please don't waste your time with these people; they have no plans to hire.
