The job search function is easy. However, I never received one call when applying to positions on Glassdoor. I did receive calls for the same positions when they were listed on LinkedIn. As a result, I only use Glassdoor for company reviews. Also, I submitted reviews for former employers. After a few weeks, my posts disappeared. So, I submitted another one. The same thing happened.
