I joined as a fresher back in 2007. The interview was not at all technical at that time. There was an interview panel, including Technical and HR. Only one interview would happen, depending on your queue. I had the HR interview, which went very fine.

I received a call from HR for an interview. Before the interview, I had to complete two tests, each lasting around 30 minutes. The interview location was IBM Yerwada, Pune. I reached there at around 10 am. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

I gave a telephonic technical interview. The technical round was tough. I need to prepare thoroughly on basics. The managerial round was face-to-face with a senior manager. He asked many scenario-wise questions and explained the answers very well.
