Work-from-home benefit, good org culture.
Poor people management and resource allocation.
I went through three rounds of interviews: initial, technical, and functional. All were conducted by phone, which was convenient. Parts of the technical and functional interviews were project-specific and handled by their onshore counterparts.
It was for an internship position, and I only had one phone interview. It was relatively low on technical questions since they were looking for someone soon. They did go through some of my previous work. Since I had a decent portfolio for an intern
It's pretty simple and straight-forward process. 1) Technical interview 2) PDM round 3) HR round.
