It depends on the project you are working on; you end up being held hostage by that world where the technologies used, equipment, promotions, and even the welcome kit/onboarding can be quite weak. In my case, I didn't even receive an onboarding kit due to the particularities of the project where I was hired. In short, everything is a matter of budget.
