If you have talent, you can rise high enough.
The best part was my manager, the best ever person I met. Such a cool person.
The worst part is when you work tirelessly, and the outcome is that your work gets manipulated and presented by others, or simply your work is not showcased or suppressed.
An open note to youngsters: Please don't follow the long-going trait. Uplift your juniors. Don't only encourage them to work and then steal or suppress their work for your own interest. Instead, build your own way. This is not what we will impart to our next generation.
Management should check which resource has what quality before imposing any JRSS or field.
We are human. In this way, you are killing a 24-25-year-old vision, that too stating "Business Requirements."
