My opinion on...
It has several nice benefits for its employees, tries to be as inclusive as possible, and attracts good people to work within the company.
It is a company that does not value its technical professionals as it should, as it is a sales company here in Brazil. It places more value on other areas, mainly those related to hardware and marketing, as this is what makes money for it here in Brazil.
É só todas as áreas terem as mesmas coisas.
