Three rounds of interviews were conducted: * Two technical rounds * One HR round After all the interviews and salary discussions, they did not release my offer and did not attend my calls.

They called, saying it was scheduled, but it was worse than walk-in interviews. They made people wait from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The interviewer asked only three to four basic questions. It was the worst experience.

I strongly do not recommend joining or even interviewing with IBM. This was the fifth time I received a call from IBM for an Android development role. Four times, I was called every other day and scheduled for an interview, only for it to be cancel
