The way employees are evaluated for raises urgently needs to be reviewed. Employees need to show a job offer from another company to get a salary increase; this is very sad. And the PLR (profit sharing) is very, very low.

Aumentar o quadro de funcionários em alguns times porque muitos estão exaustos de tanto trabalho acumulado.
