Overall, it's a good company
Huge company, lots of benefits, such as educational or leisure.
It's hard to get fired unless you are not doing your job correctly, but they are all about second and third chances.
It's a huge company, so there will be bureaucracy. You will have to do a lot of little things aside from your role, but nothing hard.
If you allow yourself, you will become an accommodated professional. It would depend on the project that you are assigned, but that's not an excuse. You have the tools to improve yourself technically.
Compensation is not something that pleases.
Keep up the good job. Keep up with continuous transformation. Make the offices cooler to work from, otherwise people will want to only work from home.
