Good atmosphere, but delayed!
IBM is a great company for professional growth, with excellent courses and giant support for self-learning. A healthy and balanced environment, with good freedom to work from home and in the office.
The salary is very low, even with several benefits. The career plan exists, but it is completely influenced by your manager. In other words, if the manager doesn't want to promote you, you'll be put on the back burner and have an absurdly outdated salary.
