Interviews are normally very formal. Interview panels at IBM are technically very strong. I have been working with IBM for 12 years, so I can't speak much about the current interview process.

The interview process was not good. They took too much time for each step. There was an aptitude round, which was simple, and a technical round. After the technical round, there was an HR interview.

I completed two rounds of interviews. The first was a technical interview, and the second was an interview with the manager. I cleared both rounds. There was no salary discussion, and the offer letter was released after two long months.
