Hunted down by a recruiter. One phone call during which salary was discussed, then a group interview. The process took around a month. Heard back after a few days. Accepted the offer.

Only live interviews (2021) were part of an assessment centre, which included group and individual activities. The interviewers were very easy to get along with, and the process was smooth with very prompt feedback.
