Used a job board. Initial contact was via telephone and e-mail. Once selected for an interview, I interviewed with four areas. I was hosted by a great employee who took me around town from my hotel. If selected, a formal job offer was then given.

Pretty easy questions, not very tough. Campus placements in India. I am not sure about US off-campus job interviews. Technical is tough, but HR is a breeze.

Received a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with a group of different people individually. Received an email with an offer within two weeks after the interviews. Relatively painless experience.
