Landed at IBM through an acquisition. Cannot come up with any pros; my colleagues and I left within the first year after the acquisition.
A lot of red tape and process got introduced after we were embedded within the IBM org.
It was all good and technical questions, but few were like 'just don't answer' type.
Congenial atmosphere. Interviewed by a team lead. Kind of candidate; mostly into technical questions, nothing to do with people management.
Online assessment followed by phone screening and a behavioral interview. They were very slow to respond after the initial OA, however. They ghosted me after my second interview, and I have not heard from them since.
