Projects are interesting, management is healthy and encouraging.
People are very nice, and work-life balance is really great.
The company is always protecting you, and employees are very qualified.
Paycheck a little bit lower than in the market, but work-life balance compensation.
Management is really great and healthy. They trust you and listen to you. I came 3 months ago, and my opinion is already important to them. It is a really good company for juniors.
