- Of the 6 months of internship, 4 were only courses. They saturate you with too many courses and leave the execution part for the end.
- They hire many interns. There were 50 of us and no opportunity to stay with the company because there were no vacancies.
- There is no specific role. Only by the 4th month do they pigeonhole you for the productive stage.
- Personally, I don't think the internship at IBM is a good experience, considering that one does the internship to stay with the company, and if not, they miss the opportunity to belong to other companies.
- In the remaining two months, they saturate you with work and give you hope, only to tell everyone at the end that there are no vacancies.
- I have colleagues who, in their 6-month internship, only took courses and did no projects or work, so they could not graduate because the internship was not valid.
