Autonomy to manage project and lead strategy projects to help other teams and IBMers succeed was a great opportunity. Working through university programs, leveraging Mainframe Skills across the world, provided me the chance to win the Best of IBM Honor program, where I could experience a dream in the Hawaii Big Island.
The transformation era is causing a lot of changes, which might be uncomfortable for a few people. But if you think about our future, we have a very bright and shining future in the cognitive era!
