Lots of opportunities and resources available. Great place to gain experience and learn.
There seems to be a lot of discrepancy with upper-level management.
There's a lack of efficiency in the workplace.
Better communication between all levels would solve a lot of these issues.
Slow down and make the right decision, not the quick one. I've seen a lot of things go wrong simply because things were rushed. Slow down.
