Software Developer
The interview was very formal, but the interviewer had no idea what he was talking about. He asked random questions that didn't make any sense. The overall process was a joke; the interviewer wasn’t serious at all.
Technical Solutions Manager
Fairly straightforward. Interviews vary from team to team. Generally, you interview with 2-3 team members. Overall, it is not too intrusive. If it is an internal interview, it goes much smoother. Compared to other companies, this is not a bad process

First, it was a coding round, followed by a basic English assessment test. After that, they called for an offline GD. Following that, there were HR and Technical interviews. They were moderate and based on the resume and projects.
