Good percentage of meal vouchers. You learn a lot from the area where you work and the areas you collaborate with to do your routine work.
It's a company where elitism is very prevalent. People hired directly from IBM do not treat people hired through their outsourcings the same. I entered with a salary promise and they gave me another; I entered with a promise of a position and activities, and they gave me others.
