Nice building, nice co-workers, some work from home.
Little recognition on effort, too much additional work other than core work, bad managers.
Keep and motivate talent. The best talent within IBM CR left for other opportunities that valued them, leaving other people with the knowledge but not the skills to move up the ladder. Unfortunately, bad managers who do not have the skills to manage people and operations are a problem.
IBM will have you interview with a minimum of 3 people.
The standard process begins with an assessment to prove your IQ. If you pass that, they will start the interview process. This includes: * One face-to-face panel interview. * If you pass that, you will have an interview with a manager.
They were very kind in answering my questions or doubts about salary, schedule, and benefits, among other things. The young man gave me good feedback, from which I learned a lot for future interviews.
