The atmosphere was relaxed, and colleagues were helpful. Pluralsight access, Safari Books, and other training opportunities were available.
In the team, there were initiatives to inspire people to develop better coding practices or prepare training. Also, if someone wanted to get access to an extra RPA tool, it was sometimes possible to arrange it so they could learn an extra tool.
In my case, communication was the reason why I left this job. I had a feeling I got stuck in a rut and there was no possibility of change for the better. I think a lot of people leave due to this factor. There is no clear vision of the future in terms of what projects will be available, etc.
