As I have observed, IBM's policies are very good.
All policies are meant to favor employees, and I think all these are very near to employees' interests.
- Yearly bonus
- Sick policy
- Leave approval
- Weekend working
- Cab facility
- Part-time for women
Many more...
I have not seen any cultural event or celebration.
Please initiate some cultural event or celebration as per region.
In India, we have too many festivals and days to celebrate. It will be good if any events happen at the company level.
