Pros

Provides table fans when AC doesn't work.

Revolving chairs are provided.

Only parties happen regularly in a systematic way.

Projects are very good, especially for freshers who want to learn MS Excel.

Best platform if you are not good at English communication.

Three times tea is free. One time lunch break is provided.

You are lucky if you belong to South India.

Fresh graduate students are hired every year in bulk, which provides lots of opportunities to give them KT.

Best company to learn politics.

Cons

Hell for contractors. They can be shifted on any projects several times without reason. Most of the time, shifting happens.

Old, legacy, obsolete projects are here. No new technology.

Project managers are the biggest liars if they want you to hire or shift to some other projects.

IBM always suffers from funding issues, so don't think about a single penny hike.

If you hear "funding issue," it means it's time to start searching for other jobs.

No big data, no Hadoop, only Excel testing.

Lots of politics. Don't bother about your skills; only become a servant of managers to go forward, and that's enough for getting a good position.

Micromanagement is at its highest level. Each minute what you did should be recorded and ready with answers.

Assumption-based appraisal technology is used. If management's assumptions are correct, then you will get some good points.
