Great company. I have enjoyed all the years I've worked for this company.
Growth is slow and requires a lot of approvals to get a promotion.
I got the feeling they were expecting a lot more from university students still learning to code than I felt was appropriate, personally. They dug into every part of my CV, and it was a panel who interviewed me.
Webex interview mode, through a subcontracting layer with a recurring foreign company, was conducted during sufficiently off-hours. The excuse given was that they would reach home and then connect from there. The interviewer did not show their face
The recruiter contacted me, followed by a pre-screen by the manager. This was followed by a telephone interview by a senior engineer, and then an in-person interview.
