Policies are good. Work environment is good.
Keeps changing management.
Now IBM itself dividing into two companies.
I was initially interviewed for a co-op/intern position over the phone. It was a fairly easy interview, with very few questions about my interests and school studies. I never had an interview for permanent hire, as I had proven myself to get an offer
I walked in and was "roasted" straight away. They didn't ask much about me and weren't concerned with my CV either. Apparently, they give you brief training and then let you loose.
The interview process consists of two rounds: 1. A technical round to assess your skill set. 2. An HR managerial round to discuss past work experiences and salary packages.
