I'm struggling to think of a pro of working at this place. Bike to work scheme, perhaps?
Enjoy the 3.50 euro coffee, with .90 additional for milk substitute.
Career Suicide: Whatever role you may be applying for, do not expect its description to be representative of the work you will do here. I was moved to 5 different teams in under 2 years. In my first 2 weeks, I was moved from the position I applied to a completely different position on a project that would be canned 3 months later.
Following this, I was moved across several projects that were in maintenance and saw no active development. Only through projects and efforts outside of work have I been able to stay up to date with the industry and maintain a relevant skillset.
Serial Unprofessionalism from Leadership: I witnessed erratic and immature behaviors from leadership, including small tantrums and shouting episodes. I saw entire teams regularly threatened with PIPs. This culminated in one unfair dismissal claim against the company. No accountability from leadership responsible. Instead, promotions.
Sexism from Leadership: I witnessed leadership force women into secretarial roles outside of their normal work remit.
Unethical Business: IBM remains in the top 10 most unethical companies this century, for which CEO Arvind Krishna is staunchly unapologetic for. Do not be surprised if you find yourself working alongside people of questionable moral character, on a product any rational person would find morally objectionable.
You can find a different place to work. If you value your career and peace of mind, do not work here. Do not work here. Do not work here. Do not work here. Do not work here.

I made it as far as the Online Assessment. There were only two questions, so it was pretty fair in that regard. However, this meant that 50% of my assessment was contingent on my knowing a lot of SQL queries, which I don't really use past DDL, since
Very good, fair process. Given the nature of the placement, the approach was casual yet aimed at technical competence, as well as ambition for growth in the role and other opportunities post-college.
There are 5 interviews in total. The first interview is on the phone. The last one is with HR, where they ask you the typical HR questions.
